On May 11th, 1889, Paymaster MAJ Joseph W. Wham set out on an ill-fated journey with over $28,000 in gold and silver coins. What happened remains a mystery in Arizona folklore. Note that prints are signed and numbered by the Artist's daughter in accordance with her father's wishes.*
* This print edition was in publication at the time of Mr. Stivers passing. The prints are hand-signed by the artists daughter, Tracy, to authenticate each print.
