Along with a story woven by Clemson University sports information director Tim Bourret, this "scrapbook" contains never-before-published photographs, artwork and memorabilia drawn from Clemson's extensive archives. Tucked into dozens of sleeves and pockets, fans will find reproductions of old game programs, historic tickets, numerous postcards and vintage photos. These fascinating replicas include an 1896 team photo, a 1920 "Beat Furman" sticker, a 1926 Clemson-South Carolina ticket, a 1949 IPTAY letter, Frank Howard's retirement party announcement, a copy of Howard's eulogy and a felt replica Clemson University pennant. No Tigers fan should be without this "home archive" of Clemson's long and illustrious football history.

Look closely and you will recognize that the setting is the South Carolina mountains and you can clearly see Table Rock and Sassafras mountains in the background. The pose of the tiger was chosen to add a special touch to those who know the area. If you were to go to the top of the Clemson House and look at Table Rock with a high powered lense, this is the view you would have. The tiger is not only guarding the valley between him and Table Rock, he is looking back at our beloved Death Valley, too.
